Self-declaration of product quality and service quality


To thoroughly implement the "Guiding Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Carrying out Quality Improvement Actions," accelerate the improvement of product and service quality, enhance the competitiveness of our corporate quality and brand, and promote high-quality development, our company hereby declares the following regarding product and service quality:

1. We will firmly implement national quality laws and regulations, national mandatory standards, and quality policies and guidelines, fostering awareness of quality legality and a quality philosophy of winning through quality.

2. We will earnestly assume primary responsibility for corporate quality, always treating quality as the lifeblood of our company and satisfying customer needs as our eternal goal.

3. We will actively adopt advanced quality management methods and promote the upgrading of our quality management system. Firmly establish the concept of "quality first," ensuring everyone clearly understands quality responsibilities and strictly controls quality.

4. Vigorously implement the brand strategy, aiming to create a first-class domestic brand, accelerate corporate quality upgrades, and enhance brand influence.

5. Actively adopt advanced standards and strictly eliminate infringements and any unfair competition.

6. Protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, provide users with true and accurate information and high-quality services, strengthen after-sales service, and truly fulfill our service commitments to users.

Quality Commitment

1. The product warranty period is 24 months after delivery or 18 months after commissioning, whichever comes first. Under normal use, storage, and transportation, if any quality defects occur during the warranty period due to valve materials or manufacturing processes, the manufacturer will repair or replace the valve free of charge.

2. We will respond to customer complaints within 12 hours and provide solutions within 48 hours.

3. Valves should have quality traceability and tracking unique identification.
